Refund Policy

Sweet Synchronicity Dream Journal offers a 3-day free trial so you can try all Premium features before being charged. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. After the trial, your subscription will renew automatically until you cancel.

Our Policy

Sweet Synchronicity Dream Journal does not issue refunds directly. However, Apple and Google have their own refund policies, and if your situation fits their guidelines, you are welcome to request a refund through them directly.

Apple App Store Refunds

To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Sweet Synchronicity Dream Journal charge, and click "Report a Problem." Apple reviews refund requests case-by-case based on their own policies.

Google Play Refunds

To request a refund for a Google Play purchase, visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions to manage your subscription or request a refund through Google's process. Google handles many refund requests automatically within 48 hours of purchase.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To prevent future charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store. You will keep Premium access until your current billing period ends.

• For iPhone or iPad: Open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Sweet Synchronicity Dream Journal, and tap Cancel Subscription.
• For Android: Open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, find Sweet Synchronicity Dream Journal, and tap Cancel subscription.
